Return Period
You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is 100% intact and in its original condition, with no signs of damage or use.
- It is in the original factory packaging, sealed and unopened.
- It has not been used, installed, or show any signs of wear.
- All original labels, seals, and accessories (manuals, cables, parts, etc.) are included.
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt, online order confirmation, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or activated licensed software;
- Consumables, such as toners or cartridges;
- Custom-built PCs or components that were installed as part of a system;
- Products with damaged packaging, or visible signs of use or installation;
- Gift cards, sale items, and any item labeled “non-returnable” on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us via email at [email protected] or through the return request form in your account dashboard.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos if applicable.
- In some cases, a courier pickup may be arranged.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges and Faulty Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 1 business day of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement, return, or repair.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing time:
- Up to 5 business days for bank transfers.
- Up to 10 business days for credit/debit card payments.
- If your refund has not been received within 15 business days after confirmation, please contact us.
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to a faulty product or store error, we cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., wrong item ordered, changed mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
- No restocking fee applies unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Use your account dashboard or contact our customer support to request cancellation.
